Merhaba;

Sizinle aynı özelliklere sahip 1607 hamile hanımdan yalnız bir tanesinin Down sendromlu bebeği olacak. Bu test hiç bir zaman "bebeğiniz sağlıklıdır" sonucu vermez. Ama bu oran düşük risk gösteriyor. Yani ileri tetkik olarak amniyosentez yapmaya gerek yok. Tabii ki aile kesin tanı için amniyosentez yapılmasını isteme hakkına sahiptir. Ama tıbbi mantık gereği bu, iyi bir sonuç olarak değerlendirilip ek test yapılması gerekli görülmez.
