GEBELİKTE BEL AĞRISI
Bel ağrısı gebelik sırasında ortaya çıkabilecek en yaygın problemdir. Gebelik öncesi mensturasyon sırasında bel ağrısı olanlar veya daha önce bel ağrısı çeken bayanların gebelikte bel ağrısı olma ihtimal daha fazladır. Su jimnastiği gibi egzersizlerle tedavi edilebilir. Bel ağrısı nadiren bel fıtığı, tümör, kırık gibi daha ciddi sorunlar olabilir. Artan ağrı, uyuşukluk hissizlik, güçsüzlük önemlidir. Mutlaka doktorunuza başvurunuz.
