    Alt solunum yolu enfeksiyonundan dolayı penisilin tedavisi gördüm bundan beş sene öncede akciğer enfeksiyonu olmuştum. Röntgen çekildim fakat içim rahat etmediginden bilgisayarlı tomografi çekildim. Doktor bana tekrar gelme dedi. Eski hastalıklardan kalan iz dedi.sonucu aynen sizede yazıcam. Toraks simetrik gorunumdedir.kostalarda ve toraksa ait yumuşak dokularda belirgin patolojik özellik saptanmadı. Akciğer parankiminde infiltratif veya kitlesel lezyon tespit edilmedi.sağ akciğer orta lob anteriorunda subplevral yerlesimli 3.5 mm çapında nodül izledi.trakea orta hatda ve normal kalibrasyondadir.ana brons Dağılımları normal gorunumdedir.mediasten orta hattadır. mediastende ana vasküler yapıları normal cap ve gorunumdedir.patolojik boyutta mediastinal lenf nodu saptanmamistir. plevral kalınlaşma veya Plevral effuzyon izlenmemistir.

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Çektirdiğiniz tomografide her şey normal. Sadece 3.5 mm lik bir nodül izlenmiş. Bu nodül de çok anlamlı değildir. Ancak sigara kullanımı mevcutsa ve ailenizde akciğer kanseri öyküsü varsa 6 ay sonra kontrol amaçlı düşük dozda akciğer tomografisi çektirmenizi öneririm. Eğer bu risk faktörleri yoksa sadece 6 ay sonra akciğer grafisi ile kontrol olabilir. Sık tomografi çektirmenizi (doktor istemedikçe) önermem.
