    şikayetim 1 kat merdiven çıkınca bile olan nefes daralması çıktıktan sonra nefes nefese kalıyorum veya mesela maç yapıyoruz okulda başlıyoruz 5 dakikada çok nefes nefese kalıyorum ama bir süre sonra açılıyor. sahayı 2-3 defa baştan başa koştuktan sonra yoruluyorum. sebebi nedir?

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Yaptığınız tetkikler normal çıkmış...O yüzden önemli bir problem olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Nefesinizi düzenli kullanmadığınızı düşünüyorum. Ağızdan alıp burnunuzdan nefes vermeniz gerekir. Maçlardan önce muhakkak ısınma hareketleri ve nefes açma hareketleri yapmanızı öneririm. Bunlara rağmen devam ederse ileri düzeyde solunum fonksiyon testleri yapılması gerekir. Egzersize bağlı Astım açısından değerlendirilmesi yararlı olacaktır.

    hocam sağolun cevabınız için de doğru nefes almak için ağızdan alıp burundan verilmesi gerektiğini söylemişsiniz. benim de doktorum tam tersini söylemişti?
