    Annemin rahatsızlığı için yazıyorum. 73 yaşında vajinal kanama şikayeti vardı. USG de endometrium 26 mm, F/C yapıldı ve çok materyal geldi. Patolojik tanı olarak yüksek dereceli andifferansiye malign tümoral doku fragmanları, geniş nekroz alanları eşlik etmektedir yazıyor. Yorumda ise incelenen kesitlerde morfolojik düzeyde izlenen bulgular ile ön planda yüksek dereceli endometryal stromal sarkom lehine düşünülmüş olmakla birlikte ayırıcı tanılar arasına epiteloid leiomyasarkom, pecOMA, undifferensiye endometrioid tümor olasılıkları alınmıştır denmiş. Kadın hastalıkları doktorumuzla konuştuğumuzda jinekolojik onkoloji için randevu alınması, muhtemelen cerrahi bir operasyon olacağı ve operasyon sırasında operasyonun nereye kadar gideceği ve varsa yayılmanın ameliyatta görülebileceği söylendi. Açıkçası yol gösterilmesi konusunda yardımınızı rica ederim.
