    Merhaba bugün sağlık sorunumdan dolayı derse katılamayacağıma dair rapor almak için sağlık ocağına gittim. Oradaki doktor o raporu kendilerinin vermediğini rapor almak için hastaneye gidip çocuk kardiyolojiye muayene olmam ve ordan almam gerektiğini söyledi (18 yaş altı olduğum için) şimdi benim elimde sevk raporu var. Bu hastaneye gidip direk sevk raporunu göstersem alırlar mı yoksa önceden randevu mu almam gerekir. Birde ailem gelemeyecek ve bazen 18 yaş altını velisiz almıyorlar. Sizce alırlar mı?
