    Merhabalar.4 ay önce doğum yaptım.Hamileliğim sırasında aldığım 15 kiloyu fazlasıyla ve çok hızlı şekilde verdim.Oğluma sadece anne sütü veriyorum.2 haftadır ciddi kas ağrıları çekiyorum bel,boyun,bacak...Öncesinde de dizlerimdeki kıkırdak zedelenmesi nedeni ile glukozamin kullanıyordum.(Bu arada hamileyken hiç diz ağrısı yaşamadım.)Şimdi emzirirken glukozamin kullanabilir miyim,süte geçer mi ve dizlerim dışındaki bu kas ağrılarının nedeni ne olabilir?Şimdiden teşekkürler.

    Hamilelikte diz ağrınız olmadığı halde doğum sonrası oluyorsa bunu bir kıkırdak zedelenmesi olarak düşünmek doğru değil. Glikozamin kullanmanızda bir sakınca yok. Ancak yararı olmayacağını sanıyorum. Şu anki kas ve eklem ağrılarınız kalsiyum eksikliği ile ilgili olabilir. Kalsiyum da içeren bir multivitamin kullanmanız en iyisi olur.
