    Hocam 6 hafta önce ic hemoroid ve fissür ameliyatı oldum laser ile. Ameliyattan 3 hafta sonra kontrole gittim her tuvalet sonrası ağrılarım oldugunu proktoloji uzmanı beni ameliyat eden doktoro söyledim tekrar el ile muayene etti fissur ameliyatının sağ tarafda yarasının olduğunu kara merhem kullanmam gerektigini 10 gun oraninda dumduz olup sisligin olmayacagini soyledi. 8 gun kara merhem kullandim biraz iltihap yapti agri gecti merhemi birakinca 3 gun sonra tekrar tuvalet sonrasi agrilarim basladi ve elimle sisligi yarayi hiasedebiliyorum. Hekimime bu sefer telefonla ulastim bana 2 hafta daha kara merhemi kullanmamı söyledi 3 gündür kullanıyorum sabah akşam agrilarim her tuvalet sonrasi 5 saat suruyor. Hocam kara merhem cozum mu 6 hafta oldu hayat kalitem kalmadi disari cikamiyorum agri kesici olup yatiyorum hekimim alaninda uzman protologdu ne yapcagimi bilmiyorum lutfen bana bir akil verin hocam.
