     1. Mutlaka allerji uzmanına müracat ile gıda allerji testleri yaptırın.

    2. Allerji uzmanı kontrolünde olunuz.

    3. Allerji olup hastaneye acillere gidiyorsanız eğer gittiğiniz yerde durumunuzu ifade eden belge alınız. İleride size epey yardımcı olabilir.

    4.Allerji yapan gıdaları tüketmeyiniz.

    5. Büyük bir kısmı hastada zamanla allerji geçebilmektedir.
