    Merhaba hocam
    Biyopsi sonucunda aldığım raporda;
    Gönderilen deri biyopsi materyalinin seri kesitlerinde yüzeyde ortokeratoz, epidermiste düzensiz akantoz, spongioz izlenmiştir. Epidermis bazal sıralarında bazal vakuolizasyon ile karakterize lenfositik infiltrasyon ve papiller dermiste bant tarzı malanofajları da içeren mikt yangısal hücre infiltrasyonu görülmüştür. Eozinofil görülmemiştir. Bu infiltrasyonun büyük kısmı CD 3(+) T lenfositlerinden daha azı CD 20 (+) B lenfositlerinden oluşmaktadır. CD4 / CD8 oranında hafif artış dikkati çekmiştir.
