    Merhaba, ben yaklaşık 9 ay önce kan tahlili yaptırmıştım. Ferritin sınırlarda çıkmıştı doktorum bunun üzerine ferritini yükseltmek için ilaç verdi fakat ben yaklaşık 1 hafta kullanıp bıraktım düzenli spor yapıyordum. Artık buna da engel olmaya başlamışdı bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Şuan düzenli spora yeniden başladım hala aynı çabuk yorulma, nefes darlığı, baş dönmesi, vücutta garip güçsüzlük hissediyorum. Bunun üzerine yine kan tahlili yaptırdım Ferritin değerim 17.00 çıktı normal olan 11.4 - 464 demir anemisine yakalandığımı düşünüyorum ilaç veya vitamin hapları önerirmisiniz hocam ne yapmam gerek teşekkürler.
