    Myastenia gravis hastasiyim. Bir yıldır mestinon draje kullaniyorum. Hemogram yaptirdim ve gecen sene normal cikan Plt degerim 109 CRP türbidimetrik degerim ise 1.3 cikti. Sizce ne olabilir?

     Bu konuyu Nöroloji takip etse daha iyi olur diye düşünüyorum. Plt değeri çok düşük değil diye düşünüyorum.

    Bir sorum daha var kontrastsız toraks bt yaptilar ve anterior mediastende timus dokusuna air gorunum mevcuttur. Her iki akcigerde .inimal havalanma farkliliklari izlenmistir. Sag akciger ust lob posterior segmentte 4mm capinda nodul tespit edilmistir. Bunların anlamı nedir? Tesekkürler.

    İyi günler. 4 mm nodül önemsizdir. Ancak büyüme açısından takip edilmesi gerekli bir durumdur. Doktorunuz bunu takip edecektir diye düşünüyorum. Myastenia graves ile timus dokusu arasında ilişki olma durumu var. Bunu nöroloji doktoru dikkate alacaktır diye düşünüyorum.
