    Merhaba;

    Senelik kontrolüm için çekilen KONTRASTLI BEYİN MR sonucuna göre;

    Her iki frontal lokalizasyonda epidural mesafede T1 ve FLAIR incelemelerde hiperintens sıvama tarzında en kalın yerinde sağda 3mm solda 4.5mm boyutunda alanlar izlenmiştir. Ayrıca her iki frontalde leptomenegial yapılarda hafif kalınlaşma ve kontrast made sonrasında sinyal artışı izlenmiştir.

    SONUÇ bölümünde ise Bifrontal epidural mesafede hematom lehine bulgularve bu düzeyde leptomenengial yapılarda kalınlaşma ve kontrast made sonrasında sinyal artışı (posttravmatik yönden korelasyon önerilir). ifadesi yer almaktadır.
