    40 yaşındayım, daha önce geçirdiğim heterotropik ektopik gebelik geçmişim var, açık ameliyatla tüp alınmadan dış gebelik ameliyatı geçirmiştim. Doğal yolla 3 hamilelik ve doğumum var. Tekrar hamile kalmak istiyorum. Hormon değerlerim iyi, FSH'ım 4,65, AMH : 1 üzeri. HSG sonucum : internal os komşuluğunda seksiyo sekeli nispeten geniş istmosel ve kavite içi yaygın sekresyon, sağ tuba ampüller segmentte oklüzyon saptanmaksızın ılımlı dilatasyon, sol tuba distal intramural-proksimal isthmik düzeyde bilobule konturlu poş şeklinde fokal dilatasyon ve oklüzyon….Sanıyorum tüplerimde sorun var, sizden değerli fikirlerinizi rica ediyorum. Tedavi olursam, doğal yolla hamile kalabilmem mümkün müdür ? Sol tüp açılabilir mi ? Tüp bebek yaptırmak istemiyorum, eğer yardımcı olabilirseniz bana yöntem söylerseniz izlemek isterim.
