    Hocam iyi günler, babam 71yasinda,bir yıl önce tesadüf eseri pankreasın da kist bulundu diye 6 ay aralıklarla takip mr çekiliyor.takipte pankreasta kistin yapi ve boyutunda bir degisiklik yok ve 12mm pankreaskuyruk kisminda basit kist gorunumu yaziyor,öksürüyor diye çekilen tomografi sağ akcigerde alt lob posteri bazal segmentte bir adet milimetrik boyutlu nonspesifik nodül ve mediastende milimetrik boyutlu moltipl lenf nodulari görülmektedir.yaziyor,ayrica akciğer rontgeninde aort topuzu belirgindir,1.sterno kostal eklem expansil görünümdedir yazıyor..önemlimidir hocam nasıl bir yol izlemeliyim hocam.saygilar teşekkürler...

    Şu an için akciğerde önemli bir şey düşünmüyorum. Önerim Bir Göğüs Uzmanı doktoru takibinde olmanızdır. Milimetrik nodüller önemsizdir ama büyüyüp büyümeyeceği arasıra film ile takip edilmelidir. Ufak lenf bezleri de önemsizdir. büyüme açısından takip edilmelidir. Şimdilik rahat olun düşüncesindeyim. son söz filminize bakarak sizi muayene edecek Göğüs Uzmanına aittir. ben görmeden ancak film sonucuna göre bu kadar yorum yapabilirim...
