    Yaşım 30 ve cinsiyetim erkek. Yapılan endeskopi'de Özofagus: Proksimal ve orta 1/3 özofagusta mukoza ve lümen normal idi. Distal özofagusta 40. cm'de izlenen Z çizgisi üzerinde yaklaşık 5-6 mm büyüklüğünde mukozadan kabarık polipoid lezyon izlendi, biopsiler alındı. Gastrik pililer Z çizgisine kadar uzanmakta idi. Hiatus diafragmatikus aynı düzelde geçildi. Mide: Fundus, korpus normaldi. antrumda mukoza hiperemik ve ödemli idi. U dönüşünde kardia mukozası normal izlenmekte olup endoskopu normal olarak sarmakta idi. Pilor forme ve santralize idi. Tanı: Özofagus distalde polipoid lezyon, Antral gastrit bu lezyon tehlikeli birşeymidir. şimdiden çok saolun.
