    Merhaba geçmiş olsun, öncelikle gebelik istiyorsanız spirali çıkarttırmanız gerekir. Smear sonucunuzdaki anormal sonucu tam olarak anlamadım ancak bir jinekologa başvurup tam bir muayene olmanız gerekir, yaşınız itibariyle gebe kalma şansınız biraz azalmış durumda, geçmiş olsun.
