    İyi akşamlar hocam ,ovulasyon dönemimin 2gününde korunmasız ilişkiye girdim.Ve sevgilim prezervatif yırtılmasından kaynaklı içime boşaldı.1saat geçmeden ella kullandım.Hamile kalma riskim ne durumdadır.Şuan Bakır spiral taktırabilir miyim?Taktırırsam hamilelik riskim düşer mi?

    Merhaba;

    Prezervatif yırtılması durumunda gebelik riski oluşabilir. Acil korunma yöntemlerinden birine başvurmak gerekir.

    Acil korunma için ilişkiden sonra kısa süre içinde spiral takılması bir yöntemdir. Ancak tercih edilmemesi gerekir. Olası bir dış gebeliği önlemek mümkün olmayacaktır. Üstelik girişimsel bir işlem yapılmış olacaktır. Bu tür durumlarda çok sık olmamak üzere ertesi gün hapı kullanılması daha uygun olur.
