    İyi günler. Öncelikle bir Çocuk uzmanına muayene olup tetkik yaptırın. Yapılan tetkikler durumu ortaya çıkaracak. Tiroit olabilir. Kansızlık olabilir. Vs. İlk etapta kalp düşünülmez. Ancak muayene bilgi verecektir
