    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Sağ karın bölgesindeki ağrılarda genellkle karın içi bir olaydan meydana gelebileceği gibi akciğer kökenli bazı durumlarda da olabilir. Öncelikle  fizik muayene ve bazı tetkiklerin yapılması gerekir. Gastroenteroloji uzmanına başvurarak incelemelerinize başlayabilirsiniz. Gastroenterolojiye ulaşamazsanız dahiliye uzmanı da olabilir. Eğer o açıdan bir patoloji çıkmazsa göğüs hastalıklarına bölümüne başvurmanızı önereceğim. Yapılacak muayene ve akciğer grafisi ile akciğere ait bir patoloji olup olmadığı değerlendirilir.
