    İyi günler hocam ben 3 gün boyunca ağır işte çalıştım çıktıktan sonra belimde ağrı ve ayağımda uyuşma oldu MR çektim herşey normal ama L3-L4 ve L4-L5 seviyesinde diskal taşma mevcuttur sonucu çıktı. Doktorum fıtığın yeni ama ayak uyuşması olduğu için 1 hafta sonra EMG çekmemi istedi. sol ayağımın baş parmağı uyuşuk fıtığım yeni, zorladım diyemi uyuşukluk oldu ? uyuşukluk ve bel ağrısı dinlenmeyle geçermi?
