    Merhaba, 35 yaşında erkek bir hastayım, sağ bacak toplar damarımda pıhtı oluşumu ortaya çıktı ve aşağıdaki ultrason sonucu bana verildi. Bu rapora göre 1 haftadır coumadin tedavisi başlandı ve bacağımı yormadan genelde yüksek tutmam istendi. Bu rapora göre pıhtı bacağın tam olarak neresinde acaba ve bu pıhtı ne zaman dağılıp, normal hayatıma dönebilirim?

    Sağ alt ekstremitede CFV, DFV, tibialis anterior, tibialis posterior kompresyon testi yanıtları pozitif alınmıştır. Ven duvarları düzgündür ve trombüs ekojenitesi görülmemiştir. Venlerde venöz dalga formasyonu solunumla modüle izlenmektedir. Sağ SFV ve PV lümenini oblitere ve ekspanse eden hafif ekojen trombüs izlenmiş olup peroneal venlerde uzanım göstermektedir. Yine sağ VSP lümenide trombüs materyalinden obliteredir. Sağ safena magna ven çapı normal olarak ölçülmüştür. Damar kompresyon testi yanıtı pozitiftir. Ven duvarları düzgündür ve trombüs ekojenitesi saptanmamıştır.
