    Annenizin rahim ağzından alınan biyopsi sonucunda rahim ağzı kanseri saptanmış. Bu, önemli bir durumdur. Öncelikle rahim ağzından LEEP adında bir parça çıkarılır. Bu parçada tümörün yaygınlığı ve ne yöne yayıldığı saptanır. Buna göre yapılacak operasyonun derinliği ve şekli kararlaştırılır.
