    Teknik : T1 sagital, SE T1 aksiyal,  FSE T2 sagital.

    Bulgular :

        Lomber lordoz doğaldır.
        L4-5, L5-S1 disklerinde dehidretasyon, ılımlı volüm kaybı izlenmiştir.
        Lomber vertebra korpus yükseklikleri normaldir.
        L4-5 düzeyinde geniş tabanlı santral disk herniasyonu saptanmıştır. Disk nöral foramene taşma göstermektedir. Bilateral radikslere bası mevcuttur. Nöral foramenler faset hipertrofisine bağlı inferiordan daralmıştır. Spinal kanal ön arka çapı 10 mm olup alt sınırdadır.
        L5-S1 düzeyinde geniş tabanlı santral disk herniasyonu mevcuttur. İnferiora doğru ekstrüde disk izlenmiştir. Spinal kanalda daralma saptanmıştır. Radikslere beligin bası izlenmiştir. Disk her iki nöral foramene de taşmaktadır. Nöral foramenlerde diske ve faset hipertrofisine bağlı inferiordan daralma izlenmiştir.
        Diğer düzeylerde diskal patoloji izlenmemiştir.
