    Merhaba 26 yasındayım polikistik over sebebiyle adet duzensızlıgı yaşadıgım için ara ara olmak kaydıyla toplamda 4 senedir dogum kontrol hapı kullanıyorum. 1 yıllık evlıyım evlenmeden önce doktora gıttıgımde bana ilacı tekrar başlattı yani 1 senedir ara vermeden içtim ve doktor bana ara verebileceğimi söylemişti bende en son şubatın sonunda ilacı içtim bıraktım 2 gundur leke gelıyo.. şunu merak edıyorum bu ay adet gördüğümde tekrar ilaca başlasam sorun olurmu ve diğer sorum ilacı içmesem bikaç ay hep leke gelicek mi ?     Merhaba;

    Polikistik over sendromunda adet düzensizliğinin nasıl olacağını önceden kestirmek olanaksız. Az az sürekli lekelenmeler olabileceği gibi uzun süre adet görmeme bile olabilir. Polikistik over sendromu olgularında çocuk isteği olmadığı sürece doğum kontrol ilacı kullanılması en iyi yoldur. Bu nedenle doğum kontrol hapına devam etseniz daha iyi olur. Uzun süre kullanmanın size her hangi bir zararı olmaz. Zaten adet düzensizliğini bir ilaç le çözmek zorundasınız. Bu ilaç pek ala doğum kontrol hapı olabilir.
