    Merhaba;

    Doğum sonrası, özellikle de süt veren kadınlarda yumurta gelişimi gecikir. Bu nedenle östrojen hormonu salgılanmaz. Bu östrojen yetersizliği, vajina cildinin incelmesine ve daha hassas olmasına neden olur. Vajina cildi incelmesi de, cinsel temas sırasında acı ve kanamaya neden olabilir. Vajnaya lokal uygulanan östrojen ile tedavi edilebilir. Aslında doğum sonrası kontrole gelen her hastaya önerilmesi gereken bir ilaçtır. Ancak ilaç önerilmeden önce ultrason ile rahim iç tabakası kalınlığı bakılmalıdır.
