    Merhabalar hocam iyi akşamlar Benim annem 54 yaşında ve 1 ay önce öksürük nefes darlığı şikayetiyle doktora gittik kan tahlilinde iltihap çıktı be röntgeninden 4.3 cm konsolidasyon izlendi ardından bronskopi yapıldı onun sonucundada bronş lavaj ARB negatif geldi ve lavaş sitoloji sonucu negatif geldi tabi bu tetkikler sürecinde antibiyotik kullanıyordu ve öksürü tamamen azaldı nefes darlığı geçti bronskopi sonuçlarından sonra kontrastlı tomografi çekildi ve onun sonucuda sol akciğer üst lob apikoposterior segmentte 21.19 mm boyutlu kavitasyon bulunan fissür tabanlı nodül ve çevresinde buzlu cam dansiteleri fibrotik değişikliler mevcuttur yazıyor

    Çok teşekkürler peki bu yaranın antibiyotik ile küçülmesi ve eski şilayetlerinin azalması kanser olma ihtimalini düşürürmü zaten bronskopi sonucuda kanser ve verem için negatif geldi
