    Merhaba.iyigünler. Geç dönüş yaptığımiçin kusura bakmayın.  Tahlil sonuçlarınıza ve safra kesesi ultrason sonucunuza baktım. Safra keseniz 1 cm çapında taşlarla dolu. Bu tür durumlarda taşların kese duvarına bası yapması sonucunda kese duvarında iltihaplanma ve devamında kese duvarında perforasyon dediğimiz (delinme) durum meydana gelebilir. Bu durum çok ciddi komplikasyonlar ile sonuçlanabilir. Tahlilleriniz de yüksek. Total bilirubin ve direk bilirubin tahlil sonuçlarınızı göremedim. Ameliyat olmanız gerekiyor. Çok geciktirmeyin. Geçmiş olsun
