    Hocam merhaba, ben 26 yaşında eşimden ayrı bir kadınım.Ağustos 2016 da yaptırdığım smear testimde sonuç temizken, mayıs 2017!de yaptırdığımda ascus ve sonrasında  yapılan testte hpv 39-56-68 pozitif olduğumu öğrendim. Hemen kolposkopi yapıldı. Doktorum tertemiz dedi ve senelik kontrol önerdi. Sorum şu; 3 ayrı tipi vücudumda barındırıyor olmam, bağışıklık sistemimle onları atmamı zorlaştırır mı? Bir de 3 ayrı tip nasıl bulaşmış olabilir? Teşekkürler

    Merhaba;

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun. Smear sonucunuz ASCUS ve HPV yüksek risk tiplerinin saptanması üzerine size kolposkopi yapılmış. Sonucunuz temiz çıkmış ve 1 yıl sonra kontrol önerilmiş. Bağışıklık sisteminiz bu virüsleri yüksek oranda temizleyecektir. Endişe etmenize gerek yok. Bu virüsler genellikle cinsel yolla bulaşır. Kadın doğum hekiminize 1 yıl sonra konrole gitmeyi unutmayın.
