    Merhaba;

    Polikistik over sendromunda tedavi, şikayete yöneliktir. Şikayet; adet düzensizliği, kıllanma, sivilcelenme gibi belirtiler olabilir; çocuk sahibi olamama olabilir. Birinci grupta doğum kontrol hapları verilir. Doğum kontrol hapları ile adet düzelip sivilce ve kıllanma azalır. Ancak hastalık geçmiş değildir. İlacı bıraktığınızda düzensizlik ve diğer şikayetler tekrar başlar. Çocuk isteği durumunda ise yumurtlama uyarısı tedavisine başlanır. Bu da geçici bir tedavidir. Gebelik olabilir. Ancak ilaçlar bırakıldığında yine her şey eski haline döner. Zaten, hastalıklarda laboratuvar belirtileri tedavi edilmez. Hastanın şikayetleri tedavi edilir. Hastalığı kökten tedavi etme olanağı yoktur.
