    Devamlı tekrarlayan idrar yolu enfeksiyonu hastasıyım. Hamilelik sürecinde de daha öncesinde de vardı. Son dönemlerde çok sık tekrarlıyor. Emzirme döneminde olduğum için her ilacı kullanamıyorum. Devamlı tekrarlamasının nedenleri nedir? Yaş:27

    Merhaba;

    Kadınlarda idrar yolu enfeksiyonu riski her zaman yüksektir. Özellikle gebelik, loğusalık ve emzirme dönemlerinde risk daha fazla artar. Emzirme döneminde artan süt hormonu (prolaktin), yumurta gelişimini bozarak östrojen seviyesini düşürür. Bu da vajina ve idrar yolları cildini incelterek daha kırılgan olmasına yol açar. İdrar yolu enfeksiyonunu tedavi etmek yetmez, yeniden oluşmasını önleyecek önlemler de alınmalıdır.
