    Merhaba;

    Ense cildi saydamlığı (NT), Down sendromu taramasında ikili tarama testi için kullanılmak üzere yapılan bir ultrason görüntülemesidir. Çok küçük bir kalınlık ölçüldüğü için kolayca yanlış sonuçlar verilebilir. Bu nedenle çok titiz bir şekilde ölçüm yapılması gerekir. NT ölçümünün 8 temel kuralı vardır. En önemlisi tam orta hat kesiti olmasıdır. Orta hat kesiti olduğu, bebeğin burun ve omurgasının her ikisinin kesit resminde görülmesi ile anlaşılır. Göndermiş olduğunuz resim bir orta hat kesiti değildir. Bu nedenle NT değerlendirmesi yapılamaz.
