    Sayın hocam merhaba. Annemin sağ omuz impingement öyküsünde sağ omuz mr sonucunda şöyle bulgular var: 1)Akromion tip II konfigürasyondadır. 2)supraspinatus tendonunda tendinozis ile uyumlu heterojen sinyal izlenmiştir. 3) Subskapular tendonda tendinozis ile uyumlu olduğu düşünülen silik sinyal artışı izlemiştir. 4) Subakromiyal-subdeltoid bursada, biseps oluğunda subkorakoid bursa ve omuz eklem aralığı inferior aksiller reseste bir miktar effüzyon izlenmiştir. 5) Degerlendirebildigi kadarıyla; bisipitolabralkomplekste yırtık ile uyumlu olduğu düşünülen sinyal artışı izlenmiştir (slap 2 lezyonu)...
