    Merhaba, annem bel emar ı çektirdi, emar sonucunda; Endometriumun cift duvar kalınlığı 14 mm olarak olculmus olup hastanın yaşına göre artmıştır. Endometrium sinyalinde heterojenite izlenmektedir yazıyor. Annem 65 yaşında, bu önemli bir problem mi? Saygılarımla.

    Merhaba Eylül hanım;

    Menopoz sonrası yapılan ultrason veya diğer görüntüleme yöntemlerinde (MR gibi) rahim içi kalınlığın 5 mm ve üzerinde olması, rahim içinden (endometriumdan) gelişebilecek kötü huylu lezyonları dışlamak için biopsi alınmasını gerektirir. Annenize yapılan MR da rahim içi kalınlık belirtilen değerden ( 5mm) den fazla olduğu için biopsi ile değerlendirilmesi uygun olacaktır.
