    Merhabalar 40 Yaşındayım 20 yıldır gastrit hastasıyım. Midede yanma olduğunda doktora gidip ilaç alıp kullanıyor bi süre rahatlıyorum. Fakat bu aralıklarla devam ediyor. Yakın tarihte Endoskopi oldum. Biopsi sunucunu siz değerli hocalarıma sunarken sizlerden tedavi konusunda yardımcı olmanızı arz ediyorum. Makroskopik Bulgular: 0,3x0,2x0,1 cm ölçülerinde kirli beyaz renkli 1 adet doku parçası. TİA 1P 1B / Tanı: Kronik Gastrit; Antrum kayıtlı materyal, biyopsi Yorum Not: Kronik inflamasyon+ Aktivasyon - Atrofi - intestinal metaplazi - H.pylori + Histokimyasal çalışmada Alcian Blue pH2,5 ile müsin yönünde boyanma yoktur.     Gastrit kronik hale gelmiş; helikobakter de mevcut hekobakteri eredike edecek yani tamamen ypk edecek tedavi gerekli ; tek başına mide için alınan anti asit ilaçlar yeterli olmaz.
