Benim önerim eğer dizinizde kilitlenme , takılma benzeri şikayetler ve yere çömeldiğinizde ve merdiven inip çıkarken ağrı oluşuyorsa ameliyat olmanız doğrultusunda. eğer bu bulgular yoksa diz egzersiz formu olarak google arattığınızda çıkan hareketleri günde 3 defa her hareketten 10 tekrar yapmanız. eğer fayda görmezseniz. mutlaka bir ortoprdi uzmanına muayene olunuz.
