    Ertesi gün hapları, içerdikleri yüksek hormon nedeniyle yumurtlama düzenini bozar. Bu şekilde gebelik oluşması riskini azaltırken adet düzeni de bozulmuş olur. Üstelik, ertesi gün haplarının koruma oranı da çok yüksek değildir. Bu durumda adet kanaması düzensizliği nedeniyle gebe olduğunuz halde bundan geç haberdar olabilir veya adet kanamanızın gecikmesi ile olmadığınız halde kendinizi hamile zannedebilirsiniz. Bu durumda adet düzeniniz bozulursa muayene olmalısınız.
