     KOAH hastaları için farklı farklı tedavi şekilleri vardır. Yeni çıkan ilaçlar evde oksijen tedavisi gibi.  Göğüs Hastalıkları Servisi olan büyük hastanelerin kontrolünde olunursa daha iyi yardımcı olunabilir. Hastanın tüm grafileri incelenerek ancak ne yapılabileceğine karar verilebilir.
