    Merhabalar hocam benim yıl içinde 1-2 defa dönemlik olarak 2-3 hafta sürecek şekilde büyük idrarımdan pıhtılı- akışkan bir şekilde kan geliyor herhangi bir ağrım sancım şikayetim yok sadece kan görüyorum dışkımda.Yaşım 24 kg 75

    Merhaba,

    Yaşınızın genç olması nedeniyle daha çok hemoroid (iç hemoroid) ,iltihabi barsak hastalığı gibi iyi huylu hastalıklar düşünülür. Fakat makattan kanama,özellikle bu şekilde pıhtılı kanama önemli bir belirtidir. Mutlaka muayene ile kanamanın neden ileri geldiği tespit edilmelidir.Makat muayenesi ve makatın anoskopla muayenesi sonrasında hemoroid gibi makata ait hastalıklar tespit edilebilir.Bu muayene sonucunda kanamayı izah eden hastalık bulunmazsa kolonoskopi gerekecektir.

    Teşekkür ederim hocam cevapladığınz için kanama şikayetim durdu bu şartlardada gitsem muayene olsam tanı konulması mümkünmü yoksa kanama olduğu dönemmi muayene olayım.
