    Rapora göre özellikle sağ memede  üst dış kadrandaki 15 mm.lik lezyonun kötühuylu  çıkma potansiyeli vardır.Ultrasonla da  değerlendirilmesi ve ultrason eşliğinde trucut biyopsi (kalın iğne biyopsisi) yapılması önerilebilir. Meme kitlelerinin değerlendirilmesinde muayene bulguları,yaş,doğum,aile  öyküsü,diğer tetkik sonuçları birlikte ele alınmalıdır.Bu nedenle de muayenenizi yapan doktorunuz en doğru kararı verecektir.
