    Sol göze travmatik optik nöropati tanısı ile 5günlük pulse tedavisi uygulanıp taburcu edildi. Aradan 1sene geçtikten sonra sağ gözde görmede azalma ve iki gözde şiddetli ağrı ile tekrar doktora gitti. MR ında solda daha yaygın olmak üzere her iki tarafta çok sayıda oval yuvarlak kontrast tutulumu gözlendi. BOS da ilk tahlile MS negatif çıktı. İkinci tahlilde tip 1 ve 2 pozitif çıktı. Kan sonuçları IG(BOS) normal ancak IG(serum) 2544 çıktı.

    Bu tahlil ve sonuçlar MS tanısı koymak için yeterli mi diye sormak istiyorum, teşekkürler. İyi günler.
