Merhaba,

Raporda mide fıtığı yok. Yalnızca sfinkter gevşekliği ve buna bağlı yemek borusunun alt ucunda ciddi tahribat yok. Bir takım önlemlerle ve mide asitinin tedavisiyle gerileyebilir. Endoskopi sırasında Helicobakter pilori testi de yapılmıştır .Sonucu pozitifse bakterinin tedavisi gerekir. Öğünlerde çok fazla yemek yemeyin. Yemekten hemen sonra uzanmayın. İlaç tedavisi için Genel cerrahi uzmanı ya da gastroenteroloji uzmanına başvurun. İlaçlarla ve önlemlerle azalmazsa yemek borusundaki tahriş,asit reflüsünün derecesinin tespiti için ileri tetkikler gerekecektir.
