    Merhaba iyi günler. Ben 20yaşında bir bayanım. Karın bölgem de sürekli bir ağrı var ve büyük tuvaletime günde 10 15defa çıkma isteği duyuyorum ve tam boşalamama hissi olmuyor ve makattan kan geliyor makatta çatlak olduğunu söylediler. İki doktora gittim bir tanesi koloskopi istedi ancak diğer doktorum yaşımın daha genç olduğunu kolonoskopiye gerek olmadığını zamanla şikayetlerimin geçeceğini söyledi sizce ne yapmalıyım?

    Merhaba,

    Makattaki çatlak kanamayı izah edebilir ama 10-15 kez dışkılamayı  ve karın ağrısını izah etmez. Kolonoskopi istemede genellikle yaş kriteri genellikle şikayeti olmayan,tarama-kontrol yapılan hastalar için geçerli.Sizdeki karın ağrısını ve sık dışkılamayı izah etmek için kolonoskopi olmanızda fayda var. Gençlerde iltihabi barsak hastalıkları görülebilir,bu hastalıkta  da kolonoskopi ile tanı konur. Sizi genel cerrahi uzmanından başka gastroenteroloji uzmöanı da değerlendirse iyi olur.
