    Merhabalar. Beş ay önce (18 Mayıs) beyin ameliyatı oldum. Beynimden tümör alındı. Hastanede kaldığım sürece midem bulanmadı. Eve çıktığımda mide bulantım geçmiyordu, kusuyordum. Doktoruma gittiğimde beynimle alakalı bir problem olmadığını öğrendim, mide bulantısı önleyici haplarla geçti. Sonraki süreçte de gözlemlediğim kadarıyla, aç kaldığım zamanlar midem bulanıyor ama kusmuyorum. Bazı sabahlar (mesela önceki gün akşam yemeği yememişsem) hafif bulantı oluyor. Alkol aldıktan, kahve içtikten sonra bulanıyor. Bu ameliyat sonrası normal bir şey mi yoksa ameliyattan bağımsız bir mide problemi göstergesi olabilir mi?

    Merhaba, çok geçmiş olsun. Sizin durumunuzu yine en iyi şekilde operasyonu gerçekleştiren hekimin değerlendireceğini düşünüyorum. Onun da söylediği gibi beyinle ilgili bir sorun olmayabilir. Ancak, ameliyattan sonra oluşmuş olabilecek bir mide hassasiyeti şikayetlerinizin nedeni olabilir. Bunun daha iyi incelenmesi için bir Gastroenteroloji uzmanına başvurmanızı öneririm.
