    İyi Günler,

    19 Eylül tarihinde 5. metakarpal kemiğim kırıldı ve koru hastahanesinde alçıya alındı. 27 Eylülde iş sebebi ile Kuzey Iraka geldim bulunduğum bölgede hastahane yok ve güvenlik endişesi ile Erbile gitmemize izin verilmiyor. Dün sıcaktan bunalıp sentetik alçının içinde bulunan pamukları biraz çıkardım. Ancak biraz fazla çıkarmış olabilirim çünkü alçı koluma eskisi kadar iyi oturmuyor, çok hafif oynamalar var, kırık olan bölge dahil. Oynamalar çok ufak. Bu durum kemiğin kaynamasına etki eder mi? Kendimin alabileceği bir tedbir var mı?
