merhaba hocam bugün doktora gittim tiroidlerim için çıkan sonucu aynen yazıyorum tiroid gladının her iki lobu normal boyutlarda olup sağ lob 20*17.5*53 mm sol lob 20*20*52 mm boyutlarda isthmus 4.5 mm kalınlıktadır. her iki lob ve istmus normalin üst sınırındadır. sonografik görünüm diffuz guatr ile uyumlu değerlendirilmiş olup klinik ve lab korelasyonu önerilir. gland konturları düzgün eko paterni non homojen eko şiddeti normaldir gland içerisinde sınırlı solid veya kistik nodül formasyonu izlenmemiştir. doktor problem yaratacak seviyede değil dedi ama ben yine de sormak istedim tamamen yok olması için neler yapabilirim
