    Merhaba tam bir hafta önce cuma günü düştüm. Akşam saatleriydi ve acilde bağ zedelenmesi denilerek ayağım yarım alçıya alındı. 5 gün sonra alçının rahatsızlık vermesi sebebiyle hastaneye gidip alçıyı çıkarttırdık. Doktorum bir hafta süreyle basmamamın iyi olacağını söyledi. Düştüğüm kısımda yani bileğimde hala şişlik var. Ayak bileğimi sağa sola oynatmadığım sürece acı hissetmiyorum. Ayağım genelde yüksekte duruyor fakat aşağı sarkıtınca kısa bir sürede morarıyor. Bu morarmanın bir sebebi var mıdır ya da sakıncalı bir şey midir? Okulum 2 ekimde açılacak o zamana kadar basmayıp beklemeli miyim? Yaşım 18 cinsiyetim kadın.
