    Doktor bey merhabalar, uzun zamandır bel ağrılarımdan sonra beyin cerrahiye muayene oldum ve mr çekildi. Doktor çok iyi olduğumu söyledi ancak ben ikna olmadım. Çünkü ağrılarım çok şiddetli. Çıkan sonuçta L3-4 ve L4-5 disklerinde hafif bulging
    Spinal kanalda S1-2 disk mesafesi düzeyinde büyüklüğü 1 cm çapında olan bir kaç adet Tarlov kisti görüntülendi.
    2 yaşında ve 10 aylık 2 bebeğim var ve hamilelikten önce yoga yapıyordum şu an yapamıyorum çok ağrı hissediyorum. Bu kistler nasıl tedavi edilebilir? Yoga, streching gibi sporlar yapmam uygun mudur? Ağrılarımı nasıl geçirebilirim?
