    Merhaba 22 yaşında kadın hastayım. Geçen sene eylül ayında  haşimato teşhisi konuldu. Fakat sadece kan testinden yola çıkılarak. 2-3 doktor değiştirmeme rağmen ilaç dozu ayarlanamadı Şuan 100 mg levotiron kullanıyorum. Temmuz ayından beri boğaz ağrısı şikayetim var. KBB  bişey olmadığı söyledi, daha sonrasında devam edince aile hekimine gittin o da alerji olabileceğini söyleyerek alerji ilacı verdi. Devam etmesiyle dahiliye doktoru ise troid iltihaplanması olabileceğini söyleyerek kan testi yaptı. TSH düşük . T3,T4 yüksek Anti tpo ise 600.  Başka bi doktora gösterdiğimde ise iltihaplanma olmadığı, diş ağrısı yada sivilce ağrısı olabileceğini söyledi. Yardımcı olursanız çok sevinirim, iyi günler diliyorum
