    Doğum kontrol haplarına ilk başlandığı ay bulantı, şişkinlik baş dönmesi, sersemlik gibi yan etkilere sık rastlanır. Bu belirtiler ikinci kutuda geçecektir. İlk birkaç kutuda adet düzeni bozulabilir. Özellikle ilaca adetin ilk günü başlanırsa düzensizlik daha fazla olur. Doğum kontrol haplarına adet kanamasının bitmesine yakın günlerde başlanırsa kanama yan etkisi daha az olacaktır. Siz bu durumda yeni kutuya kadar yan etkilere katlansanız daha iyi olur. Kutu bitince 1 hafta ara verip yeni kutuya başlamanız en uygunu olur.
